Droguerie Miftah El Khair
Terms of Use
Last updated: 28 August 2026
This site does not sell online. These are therefore not terms of sale: no order, no payment and no sales contract can be concluded on this site.
Purpose of the site
The site miftahelkhair.ddns.net presents the activity, departments and products held in stock by Droguerie Miftah El Khair in Mediouna, Casablanca.
Its purpose is to inform and to put you in touch with the shop. Every sale is concluded at the counter, in store.
Products, prices and availability
The products shown correspond to what is held in the aisles. The lists are not exhaustive and change with the stock.
No price is displayed on this site. Prices depend on quantity and grade, and are given on request. A product appearing on the site is not a guarantee of immediate availability: that is precisely what the « Check availability » button is for — it puts you in touch with the shop before you make the trip.
Brands mentioned belong to their respective owners and are named only to describe the references held in stock.
Quote and invoice requests
Requests sent through this site are requests, not orders. They bind neither you nor us until an agreement is reached, and trigger no payment.
A quote binds the shop only within the validity period stated on it.
Availability of the site
We do our best to keep the site reachable, without being able to guarantee it continuously. It may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.
Intellectual property
The structure of the site, its texts and its visuals are the property of Droguerie Miftah El Khair, apart from third-party brands and logos which remain the property of their owners. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
Liability
Technical information on this site is given for guidance. It does not replace manufacturers' instructions or the advice of a qualified professional, particularly for electrical, gas and waterproofing work.
We cannot be held liable for inappropriate use of a product, or for damage resulting from work carried out without the required skills.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, the competent courts are those of the customer's place of residence.
